We manage cPanel hosting for clients across Australia and internationally. Everything is taken care of - domain, DNS, SSL certificate and email accounts. You focus on your business, we keep your website online and running properly. You don't need to have had your website built by us to use our hosting.

cPanel Hosting
Our hosting runs on cPanel - a widely used hosting control panel that's reliable, well-supported and compatible with most website platforms including WordPress and PHP-based sites. Note that .NET-based platforms such as Umbraco require Windows hosting and are not compatible with our Linux servers.
Domain Management
We manage your domain registration and handle the technical side - DNS settings, transfers and configuration - so you don't have to deal with that yourself.
SSL Certificate
Every site we host includes a free AutoSSL certificate - the padlock in the browser address bar that tells your visitors their connection is secure, included at no extra cost.
Email Accounts
Professional email accounts on your own domain - yourname@yourbusiness.com.au. If you prefer to keep your email with Microsoft 365, that's fine too - we can host your website here while your email stays with Microsoft 365.
Backups
Daily MySQL database backups retained for three weeks, plus site file backups three times a week with weekly backups kept for a month. All backups are mirrored offsite for additional peace of mind.
Support
We're available by phone, email or support ticket. Because we know your site and your setup, issues can usually be resolved quickly when they come up.

Moving your website to our hosting
If you'd like to move your website to our hosting, we handle the technical side of the migration - DNS transfers, file migration and database migration - and make sure everything is working properly before your domain points to the new server.
You don't need to have had your website built by us to use our hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere and you'd like to move it across, get in touch and we'll let you know what's involved.
